Purpose
The Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy (“Code”) sets out the principles and standards of ethical behavior expected of all employees, agents, representatives, and business partners of Goldman Whites Real Estate L.L.C (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to conducting our business with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and respect for all stakeholders.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance
We comply with all relevant laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including real estate, AML/CFT, data protection, and consumer protection requirements. Individuals must understand and follow all legal obligations applicable to their roles.
Conflicts of Interest
Individuals must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of the Company or its clients. Any actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly to management.
Anti-Bribery & Corruption
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, kickbacks, or improper payments of any kind. No employee or representative may offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe or improper advantage, directly or indirectly.
Fair Dealing & Client Relationships
We are committed to fair and ethical dealing with clients, including:

Avoiding misleading or deceptive practices
Respecting client confidentiality
Acting in the best interests of clients at all times
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Confidential information, including client data and business information, must be protected and used only for legitimate business purposes. Individuals must comply with applicable data protection and cybersecurity policies.
Workplace Conduct
We promote a professional, respectful, and inclusive working environment. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Reporting Misconduct
Any suspected violation of this Code, unethical behavior, or illegal activity should be reported promptly through appropriate internal channels. Reports will be handled confidentially, and retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment or contracts, and/or reporting to regulatory or legal authorities, where applicable.

This Code of Conduct & Ethics Policy is reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or Company practices. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
